Adrian combines her background in architecture, city planning and hospitality to bring forth a new way to imagine hospitality, agriculture and city planning. She investigates how we can create stronger cities, restaurants position in communities beyond third space, revitalize communities in need and the position of BIPOC in the word of agriculture.

Adrian has worked in different fields to understand the connectivity of how our world works. Her studies concentrated on attitude and behavior of minorities towards land use and transportation change. She discovered that each element of our world effects our behavior and perspective. She is an advocate in diversity and equity. Her worked dived in over a decade of study in Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Community Engagement.
